Where It Comes From

Since 2018, SuccessPictures has been creating and sharing original visual content with one simple purpose: to create life-changing AHA moments. What started with a simple idea grew into a global community, built one picture, one message and one AHA moment at a time. Throughout these years, we have continued to create, share and give value simply because we love what we do and believe in the difference it can make. We create with an open heart and genuine joy, simply because we want to give something meaningful to people, without expecting anything in return.

Now, we are taking that legacy into the world of NFTs through BlueMan.

BlueMan is built on an established brand, an existing visual language and years of content, recognition and community through SuccessPictures.

The IP already exists. The NFT is a new way to own, use and build with it.

Why Web3

In 2021, we began exploring Web3, studying how ownership, community and digital identity were evolving, and asking how BlueMan could become part of that shift.

What followed was falling in love with the Web3 space itself. It resonated with everything we already believed and had already built with SuccessPictures: that people come first, that community is everything, and that soft values are not a weakness, they are a strength.

Web3 felt like a space where you could succeed by putting people before money.

SuccessPictures: Making money is good, the question is how
Web3 felt like a place where people could come first.

This was the same choice we made back in 2018. Web3 simply gave us the tools to invite more people to become part of what we are building and to give even more back to the community that has been part of our journey.

From that moment on, we began preparing an NFT project for our community, and preparing to bring our SuccessPictures family into Web3, to take part in one of the biggest shifts happening in the world today.

We have been preparing ever since.

Building Together

Since 2018, we have had the opportunity to give people value and create positive change through pictures.

Today, Web3 and new technologies give us the opportunity to go further. For the first time, our community can become an active part of what we are building.

BlueMan gives our community the opportunity to play an active role in the growth of the IP, build with it and help bring the SuccessPictures vision and mission to more people around the world.

The goal is not simply to grow a collection.

Grow the IP.
Grow the community.
Grow the impact.

Every person who builds with BlueMan can become part of that journey. By creating businesses, products, services, communities and ideas around the IP, holders can help take the message further and bring more AHA moments into more people’s lives.

What started with SuccessPictures giving value to people through pictures can now become something the community helps build together.

We have spent years creating and giving. Now, for the first time, we can build together.

Build with the IP

Built for IP.
Built for identity

BlueMan lives far beyond the marketplace.

We are building an IP ecosystem that people can build with, and an identity they can make their own.

The idea is simple: your BlueMan NFT can become part of your identity, your own story, your own brand, your own products, your own services and your own creative world.

You gave him life. Now decide what he does with it.

Instead of asking

“What can I do with my NFT?”

We want people to ask

“What can I build with my BlueMan IP?”

Here are a few concrete examples of what building with your BlueMan IP can look like

Physical products: Snapback cap mockup featuring BlueMan character patch

Physical products

Design and sell your own clothing line, children’s books, merchandise, or board games featuring your BlueMan character.

Businesses and ventures: Gym dashboard UI mockup featuring BlueMan branding

Businesses and ventures

Launch a gym, a coffee shop, a digital agency or a mobile app using your BlueMan as the face of it.

Personal brand and media: Podcast player widget featuring BlueMan host

Personal brand and media

Use your unique piece as your creator persona, podcast cover, or identity across platforms.

Community projects: Community club badge with halo and member avatars

Community projects

Build local clubs, social initiatives, or creative movements around your character’s story.

For us, an NFT can be much more than an asset you own. It can become part of how you express yourself, how others recognize you, and what you choose to create and build across both digital and physical spaces.

That is also why we take the creation of every BlueMan piece so seriously.

If someone chooses a BlueMan piece to represent their identity, we believe that piece should deserve to carry that identity.

That is why we are investing an extraordinary amount of time, creativity and care into creating every single artwork by hand. We don’t see the artwork as something that simply needs to be generated and attached to a token. We see each piece as something a person may choose to make part of who they are.

Creating 111,111 unique pieces over 11 years is not the easy way. It is the commitment we chose to make.

Because when someone chooses a BlueMan NFT to become part of their identity, we believe we have a responsibility to make it worthy of representing them.

The full story, chapter by chapter7 chapters · about 9 min read

Our story started in early 2018 with a simple challenge I had: finding a way to express myself to others the way I see things in my mind.

In the beginning, I needed those pictures mainly to help explain my thoughts and ideas during public speaking. When standing in front of an audience, I wanted people to be able to see and feel the ideas I was trying to share, not just hear the words.

For me, words have not always come naturally. I often have a clear vision, thought or feeling in my mind, but finding the right words to help someone else see exactly what I see has not always been easy.

The visions were clear. The pictures were already there. But turning them into words that could help others see exactly the same thing was not always possible.

That is where pictures became more than just pictures.

They became my way of communicating.

A way to take something that existed in my mind and make it visible to someone else. A way to share an idea, a feeling or a perspective without having to find the perfect words for it.

So the search began.

Picture after picture. Search after search. Looking for images that could help express those thoughts and bring them to life.

But there was one problem.

The exact pictures I needed simply did not exist.

No matter how much I searched, the pictures on the internet could never fully capture what was already clear in my mind.

SuccessPictures: There is always a problem or a solution
Every picture starts as a problem looking for a way out.

Eventually, I realized that finding the right picture was not enough. I needed to find someone who could understand what I saw and bring the picture in my mind to life.

So I started looking for an artist. And in March 2018, I found the right person.

From the very first meeting, there was an immediate understanding. Ideas could be shared, discussed and brought to life naturally. The collaboration was made even easier by the values we shared.

After about a year of working together, the journey began to evolve and take on a new form.

Those pictures were no longer just a way for me to express thoughts.

They began to carry thoughts, emotions and stories of their own. But there was still one thing missing.

The pictures needed someone to bring them to life. Someone who could carry the ideas, emotions and stories behind them from one picture to the next. Someone who could feel, think, fail, learn, smile and experience life just like the rest of us.

And that someone was BlueMan.

More than a way to communicate

What started as my way of communicating soon became something much more personal: a way of holding on to the things life had taught me.

Experiences pass. Moments fade. Lessons can be forgotten. But some moments leave something behind: a realization, a feeling or a different way of seeing the world.

Most of the pictures are born from those moments. From personal experiences, challenges that have been faced and lessons learned along the way.

Creating pictures became a way for me to capture those moments and give them a place to stay. Instead of simply writing down what life had taught me, I could turn those experiences and lessons into something visual. Something I could return to, remember and experience again.

Sometimes an experience becomes a thought. Sometimes that thought becomes a message. And sometimes, it becomes a picture.

In many ways, the pictures became a visual record of my experiences, lessons and moments that life had left behind.

Behind every SuccessPictures picture is the same artist who has been there from the beginning.

Before becoming part of this journey, creating art was already his passion. He loved painting on walls and bringing ideas to life, but at the time, art was not yet his full-time profession. He was also working as a chef and could only dedicate his free time to what he truly loved doing.

Soon after the collaboration began, something changed.

He was able to spend 100% of his time doing what he loved most: creating.

It is crazy to think that during the first year, every single picture was drawn by hand on paper and then scanned into a computer. There were no shortcuts. Just an idea, a piece of paper and the hands of an artist.

An early hand-drawn SuccessPictures illustration on paper
One of the earliest pictures, drawn by hand on paper.

In May 2019, he bought a drawing tablet, making the process a little easier. But the heart of the process has remained the same ever since.

An idea is born. It is shared. And through the artist’s hands, it becomes a picture.

As more pictures began to take shape, a simple question emerged:

Why keep them only to ourselves?

Every picture carried a thought, a lesson, a feeling or a moment that had been captured along the way. What had started as something personal slowly began to feel like something that could be shared.

Perhaps a picture that came from one person’s experience could mean something to someone else. Perhaps a lesson learned along the way could help another person see something differently. Or perhaps, at the right moment, a single picture could simply make someone’s day a little better.

And if there was even a small chance of that, sharing them felt like the right thing to do.

So, in May 2019, SuccessPictures was born.

Not simply as a place to share pictures, but as a place to share thoughts, experiences and moments that might mean something to someone else.

What started with pictures created to capture life slowly became a way to give something back through them.

And with every picture shared, there was a possibility that somewhere, someone might find exactly what they needed at that moment.

From the very beginning, it became clear that these pictures could mean something to others too. As SuccessPictures began to grow, so did the community around it. More and more people began finding their way to the pictures every day, becoming part of a growing community built around shared thoughts, experiences and the simple belief that a picture can make a difference.

As the community began to grow, so did the desire to stay connected to the people who had become part of the journey.

Because I have always been a total introvert and much more comfortable expressing my thoughts through pictures than through words, communicating with a growing community did not always come naturally.

So a friend joined the journey.

Someone who shared the same values and saw the world in a very similar way. Someone who understood what BlueMan and the pictures stood for and became a connecting link between the ideas behind them and the growing BlueMan Family.

You could almost think of her as a second BlueMan. Always there to support, answer questions, stay in touch and simply care about how everyone is doing.

She became the heart and soul of the BlueMan Family.

And just like that, the journey became a team of three.

SuccessPictures: The size of the group does not matter, the teamwork does
Different people. Different strengths. One shared heart.

Different people. Different strengths. One shared heart.

Together, we continue to create and share pictures with one simple hope: that something we create today might make someone’s tomorrow a little better.

Over the years, we have seen something that we could never have planned in the beginning.

A picture can travel further than we ever could.

It can reach someone on the other side of the world at exactly the right moment. It can make someone smile on a difficult day. It can offer a different perspective, remind someone of what truly matters or create an AHA moment that stays with them long after they scroll past it.

That is what has kept us going.

Not because we have all the answers, but because we believe that even a small message can make a meaningful difference when it reaches the right person at the right time.

From the very beginning, we also made a conscious decision about the kind of community we wanted to build.

We chose people over profit.

SuccessPictures: Always choose people over money
The choice we made in 2018, and every day since.

We never wanted the people who trusted us to feel like an audience to be monetized. We wanted SuccessPictures to remain a safe place where people know what to expect, where nothing is hidden between the lines and where trust always comes before money.

That is why, since the beginning, we have never done paid promotions or changed what we create because someone was willing to pay for it.

We have always created with an open heart and genuine joy, simply because we want to give something meaningful to people, without expecting anything in return.

And perhaps that is the most beautiful part of this journey.

We may create the pictures, but their meaning belongs to the people who see themselves in them.

Looking back, it is incredible to think how one simple need to communicate in a different way could lead to all of this.

One thought led to an idea. An idea led to an artist. The artist helped bring those ideas to life. The pictures found their way to people. And those people became a community.

SuccessPictures: Teamwork makes dreams come true
The story is still being written, now together.

Since then, the journey has taken us further than we could have ever imagined.

But the reason we started has never changed.

We are still here to create. To share. To give.

And to keep believing that one simple picture can create a moment that changes the way someone sees the world.

This is not a story about something that was built and left behind.

This is a story that is still being written.

And as long as there are ideas worth sharing, stories worth telling and people who need to be reminded that there is still something good in the world, we will keep creating.

Why we exist

Why we exist

We believe that sometimes all it takes is one thought, one idea, one perspective or one simple reminder to see things differently. An AHA moment can shift the way we think, change the way we feel, inspire us to take action or give us the strength to keep going.

It may last only a few seconds, but its impact can last a lifetime.

SuccessPictures exists because we believe that positive change does not always have to start with something big. Sometimes, it starts with one small moment. We create those moments. Moments that make you stop, think, feel, smile, believe, or simply see life from a different perspective.

Because you never know when one small AHA moment might change everything.

We believe that the way we create matters just as much as what we create. We put people first and create with a genuine desire to bring value to their lives.

Before we create anything new, we ask ourselves a simple question:

Does this create value for people? Does it give them something meaningful?

If it doesn’t, we don’t do it. We take responsibility for people’s most valuable asset: their time. When they give us their time, we do everything in our power to make sure that time is meaningful and well spent.

We don’t believe that everything has to be transactional. Sometimes the greatest value is created simply by giving, without expecting anything in return. A smile, a thought, an idea or a few words can mean more than we will ever know.

We believe that everything truly valuable takes time to build. Nothing meaningful happens overnight. That is why we choose to keep creating, keep giving and keep building, without expecting anything in return. And through the way we create, we hope to inspire others to do the same.

We believe a picture can say what words sometimes cannot.

1 PICTURE = 1,000 WORDS

But the right picture can be worth so much more. It can make someone stop, think, feel, understand something differently or see a new perspective in a matter of seconds.

We turn simple ideas, thoughts and messages into visual stories that are easy to understand, remember and share. Our pictures are created to communicate something meaningful in the simplest and most powerful way possible.

Because sometimes, all it takes is one picture to create one AHA moment.

ONE PICTUREONE AHA MOMENTONE LIFE CHANGED

We create more than moments. We create a positive environment that reminds people of the values that make us human: kindness, empathy, respect, compassion, courage and the willingness to do good.

Our greatest measure of success is not how many people see our content, but how many lives are genuinely changed by it. We help people become better versions of themselves, treat the people around them better and carry these values forward into their own lives.

We have already seen that impact happen. People who discovered SuccessPictures years ago have grown up with these messages and values as part of their lives. Some have come back to tell us that the account helped shape who they became and made them better people. That is the change we want to multiply.

Because when one person becomes better, the impact does not stop with them. It reaches their friends, their family, their children, their colleagues and everyone they encounter. One changed person can change the environment around them, and that environment can change others.

Our vision is to create a ripple effect of positive change that reaches millions of lives, not just through what we create, but through the people we help shape.

One minute. One AHA moment. One life changed. And from that one life, countless others.

It started as a team of three
